THE BRIEF The County of San Mateo Office of Sustainability sought an engaging brand identity and accompanying website to unite communications and increase awareness about the critical lack of housing on the peninsula.
THE BRAND As the creative lead for this project I worked closely with the Creative Director and client team to transform the housing shortage problem into an urgent and meaningful story, complete with a call to action for project stakeholders to do their part to help overcome a potential crisis of homes people can afford. I lead a small, team of talented creatives to develop the logo, brand guidelines, messaging and website.
MY ROLE To develop the Home For All website, I worked hands-on with a small but exceptional team of creative professionals. I lead the site architecture planning, content strategy, personas, wireframes, and mockups. I oversaw code development, user testing and launch.
At the request of the County I also designed and facilitated a 50+ person workshop at the 2016 Breaking Ground on Workforce Housing Conference to activate key change makers with tools to help move the conversation on housing scarcity in San Mateo County forward.
