To enhance customer perceptions and increase ridership, the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner sought support for market research, target audience analysis, marketing strategy, content development and graphic design services.
MY ROLE
As the project Art Director I supported the Communications Director in developing marketing strategies to improve recognition of the service and increase off-peak ridership. I provided visual design for print, and digital media and art-directed multiple product photoshoots. I scripted and managed production of radio advertisements.
